Willis shaw is offering trucking jobs for recent grads (including tuition reimbursement), solo and team company drivers, and owner operators. In order to be considered for a 'first seat driver' drivers must have at least 6 months verifiable OTR experience.

- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 36 months.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months.
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 36 months.
- No DUI/DWI in the last 60 months.
- No major traffic citations in the last 60 months and never in a commercial vehicle. (i.e. assault with a motor vehicle, speed exhibitions, etc.)
- No felonies with in the last 7 years.
- No misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
- No theft, violent, or drug related convictions in the last 10 years.
- No more than 4 jobs in the last 36 months. |

Tuition Reimbursement: WSE Transportation offers tuition reimbursement to any recent grad that meets their hiring qualifications and is hired. The recent grad must supply a certificate of completion from the school in order to be eligible for tuition reimbursement. WSE requires that all recent grads go out with a qualified WSE trainer for a minimum of 10,000 miles that the recent grad drives, usually a 4-6 week time period. The recent grad will also receive training on driver logs, paperwork, route planning, fuel solutions and other areas.
Once the recent grad completes the training program and is assigned a truck as a 1st seat driver, the reimbursement payments will. WSE pay's the driver $150.00 per month up to the total amount of the cost of the school, with a maximum payout of $5,000.00, as long as the student is employed.
