- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have at least 3 months verifiable OTR driving experience in the past 36 months.
- Haz-mat not required, but preferred.
- No more than 3 preventable accidents.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- DUI/DWI must be at least 3 years old. |
