- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Must have at least 1 year experience.
- No more than 2 accidents in the last 3 years.

- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years.
- Felonies must be at least 5 years old. |
