- Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
- No minimum experience required.
- No felonies within the last 10 years.
- No more than 3 moving violations with in the last 3 years.
- No DUI / DWI in the last 5 years.
- No more than 2 DWI / DUI's ever.
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 2 years. |
