Celadon is a dry van carrier. Company Drivers - balance your life. You will receive $1,000 for the first 30,000 miles you drive with Celadon. -Must be at least 22 years of age.
-No criminal conviction for felonies or misdemeanors in last 10 years
-Must have at least 12 months OTR
-No more than 2 tickets / incidents violations in the last 3 years.
-No DWI/DUI within the last 10 years.

Celadon Team Pay Scale
- $0.40 cpm (split)
- 2 cpm split if team runs 16,500-18,499 miles for the month.
- 6 cpm split if team runs 18,500+ miles for the month.
- Total average team pay is $0.50 cpm (split)
