Bay and Bay is seeking Company Drivers, Owner Operators (Solos and Teams, and Lease Purchase Options . Bay and Bay offers company drivers practical mileage pay driving Freightliner equipment with OTR dry van runs. Their Owner Operators trucks must pass DOT inspections and have to be dry van. Owner Operators also are paid Practical Mileage Pay. Lease Purchase drivers are offered Volvo equipment (No 770's) and haul refrigerated, LTL, and dry van goods.

Bay and Bay Truck Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years old. - 2 years OTR experience; Must have 18 months experience in the last 3 years. - No more than 2 incidents in the last 3 years. - Haz-mat not required, but preferred. - No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years; no preventable DOT reportable accident in the last 3 years - No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years; no more than 1 in the last 12 months. - No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years. - No careless, reckless, use of CMV in a commission of a felony - No more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years. - Felonies: No violent or Sexual felonies ever! All other cases will be reviewed on a case by case basis with the age of the offender at the time of the case being looked at. - No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years (Max of 1 ever)

Driver Home Time	If drivers live in the MW they can usually get home every 7-10 days and then have 2 days off at the house. If the drivers live out East then they will be out 10-14 days with 2 days off at the house. For lease purchase drivers and owner operators home time is up to the driver.
